When designing our actions, we apply Design Thinking approaches and methods starting from the customer and his/her needs and always offer solutions that consider the competitive features and the constraints of the company we work for. We help organizations unleash their potentials by making their people grow in line with the market and organizational context in which they operate.
All solutions are designed for enhancement through digital technologies, which allow to support participants throughout their learning process, starting from the early engagement phase, and to use class sessions for confrontation, socialization, and learning implementation.

The ISTUD team for development of In-House Projects
Client Leader
Helps Clients understand the project from the methodological, cultural, communication, and opportunity point of view, while developing their needs. Ensures and monitors Client satisfaction throughout the process and provides systematic feedback.
Project Manager
Designs and coordinates the project and the training process alongside the Client. Defines principles, contents, implementation modes, and evaluation instruments consistently with the Client’s needs. Co-ordinates the faculty involved in the project and monitors its performance in cooperation with the Client Leader.
Trainers
Are responsible for the quality of methods and contents – provided in person and digitally – and act in constant coordination with the Project Manager.
Coach
Takes care of the individual participant or of the project team with dedicated coaching sessions throughout the whole process.
Organizing and administrative staff
In charge of activity planning and organizational, logistic, and economic-financial project management, also with reference to the use of Interprofessional Funds.
