YOUTHS AND EMPLOYMENT OBSERVATORY

The aim of the Youths and Employment Observatory is to explore and monitor the characteristics and expectations of young undergraduates preparing to enter the corporate world, alongside their emerging career requirements.
The Observatory was established in 2008 and promptly aroused the interest of companies and institutions. Since 2015 its field of analysis has been expanded to include a vertical study that starts from the ISTUD Management Master courses, focusing on the entry of students at post-graduate courses into the labour world.
