• Set-up the WW Compliance Function within Gucci
• Work with appropriate executives to establish the control environment that: (1) monitors risks across the enterprise, (2) oversees and enforces risks management policies and limits
• Assist the Board of Directors / Senior Management with identifying and monitoring the enterprise’s critical risks
• Advise the business on appropriate mitigation processes to manage the more material risks, and oversees the effective implementation of these process in cooperation with other control functions

• Assist Internal Audit with the risk mapping exercise and in defining a suitable plan for internal audits to evaluate areas of risk/concern in the local control environment
• Support Management in implementing and closing-out audit issues and ensuring no repeat issues or deficiencies
• Team leader for the definition and implementation of the organizational model under Italian legislative degree 231/01
• Member of Supervisory Body pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/01
