[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Cinque studenti iscritti ai Master ISTUD potranno partecipare al terzo evento formativo del progetto\u00a0DIGI-GRENT<\/strong>, finanziato dalla Commissione Europea all\u2019interno del programma ERASMUS+. L’evento prevede una fase di formazione il 13, 15 e 20 aprile, e il 22 e 23 aprile le sessioni dedicate al mentoring e alla presentazione finale.<\/p>\n

L’evento\u00a0 vedr\u00e0 la partecipazione attiva<\/strong> di studenti, professori, soggetti politici, associazioni ambientali e tecnologiche, investitori, managers e membri della societ\u00e0 civile provenienti da vari paesi europei e vedr\u00e0 un alternarsi di momenti formativi<\/strong> sui temi “Bridging Investors, Business Angels and Digital & Responsible Startups”, “Developing partnerships with responsible companies in the e-market” e “Digital policies”, erogati da esperti internazionali di settore, e di fasi di lavoro per la co-creazione<\/strong>, in piccoli gruppi, di nuove idee di impresa.<\/p>\n

Progetto DIGI-GRENT –\u00a0 \u201cDigital and responsible entrepreneurship\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Il progetto DIGI-GRENT si propone di sostenere ed affiancare le universit\u00e0 di tutta Europa nella messa a punto e nello sviluppo di Percorsi formativi, volti a sviluppare le competenze chiave per una imprenditorialit\u00e0 digitale e responsabile<\/strong> attraverso una pi\u00f9 stretta collaborazione tra gli attori economici, le universit\u00e0\u00a0e la societ\u00e0 civile (Quintupla Elica).<\/p>\n

Prevede una fase di studio per la messa a fuoco delle competenze chiave da sviluppare e una parte attuativa per la progettazione ed erogazione di 3 eventi formativi pilota.<\/p>\n

Al progetto partecipa ISTUD insieme all\u2019Universit\u00e0 di Almeira, la Federazione Valenziana delle imprese metallurgiche, il South East European Research Centre, la Greek International Business Association, l\u2019Universit\u00e0 di Lodz, la Foundation for Promotion of Entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n

Al primo evento formativo<\/strong> che si \u00e8 tenuto a Salonicco, Grecia, dal 30 settembre al 4 ottobre 2019 hanno partecipato cinque studenti iscritti ai Master in Risorse Umane, Marketing Management e Food & Beverage Management.<\/p>\n

Al secondo evento formativo<\/strong> che si \u00e8 tenuto on line, i 5 studenti provenienti dal Master Giuristi in Azienda, hanno seguito i momenti formativi sui temi “Start-ups, social awareness and the triple bottom line in the digital era”, “Digital policies” e “Bridging investors, business angels and digital & responsible start-ups”, erogati da esperti internazionali di settore, e partecipato in piccoli gruppi a fasi di lavoro per la co-creazione<\/strong> di nuove idee di impresa.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”5354″ img_size=”full”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”5355″ img_size=”full”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”5356″ img_size=”full”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Ho partecipato alla prima tappa del progetto Digi-Grent svoltosi a Salonicco agli inizi di ottobre. \u00c8 stata un’esperienza molto formativa e stimolante che mi ha permesso di entrare in contatto con figure professionali di tutta Europa, nello specifico durante il meeting della Tripla Elica. La parte che ho apprezzato di pi\u00f9 sono state le lezioni di enterpreneur e digital security a cui io e i miei compagni abbiamo preso parte durante il progetto. I benefici formativi sono stati riscontrati soprattutto nella parte di business work dove ogni nazione si \u00e8 messa in gioco per proporre e presentare una nuova idea di business basandosi sulle tre linee guida dell’era contemporanea (Tecnologia, social, sostenibilit\u00e0) con l’applicazione del business Canvas model. Questa \u00e8 stata un’opportunit\u00e0 importante per condividere idee innovative e per applicare nel concreto ci\u00f2 che abbiamo appreso durante le lezioni.<\/em>
\nNel complesso sono stata molto soddisfatta di aver preso parte a questo progetto e spero che verr\u00e0 portato avanti.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

L\u2019esperienza DIGI-GRENT complessivamente mi ha sicuramente arricchito. Abbiamo avuto la possibilit\u00e0 di partecipare ad alcune conferenze e presentazioni della Tripla Elica, molto interessanti, su temi attuali che mi hanno permesso di fare riflessioni e sono state certamente una novit\u00e0 per me. Ho apprezzato anche la parte dell\u2019esperienza che richiedeva il nostro contributo, insieme ad altri gruppi di persone di altri Paesi, per la realizzazione di un business model. Ho avuto la possibilit\u00e0 di confrontarmi con altri giovani, pi\u00f9 o meno miei coetanei, provenienti da altri stati d\u2019Europa e condividerne chiacchiere, esperienze, idee, passeggiate e discussioni. Il tempo libero a disposizione ci ha permesso di visitare la citt\u00e0, Salonicco, e di apprezzarne la sua variet\u00e0, i suoi monumenti, il lungo mare e il cibo. Mi sono trovata molto bene anche con i miei compagni di avventura che hanno sicuramente contribuito a rendere il viaggio piacevole e valorizzante.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
