fino a 10 giorni prima dell inizio del corso sarà addebitato il 50% della quota di iscrizione, sarà quindi restituito il 50% della quota già versata; dopo tale data sarà addebitato l intero ammontare della quota. In caso di pagamento non pervenuto all atto di inizio del corso, la Fondazione ISTUD si riserva la facoltà di concedere al partecipante di accedere ugualmente al corso, addebitando gli interessi di mora commisurati al tasso bancario corrente, per ogni giorno di ritardato pagamento intercorrente dalla data di inizio del corso alla data di incasso della quota di partecipazione. La Fondazione ISTUD si riserva la facoltà di annullare i seminari dandone comunicazione via fax o e-mail ai partecipanti entro 5 gg. lavorativi prima della data di inizio del corso. In tal caso, la quota di partecipazione già versata sarà rimborsata o potrà essere utilizzata per la partecipazione a un altro seminario dell offerta interaziendale.
