Recruitment
The recruitment sessions are designed to be opportunities for reciprocal meeting and evaluation between the candidate and ISTUD.
The recruitment days are organised as follows:
- presentation of the Fondazione ISTUD and the Master
- discussion with those present
- information on financial assistance available
- written test (psycho attitudinal test, English test, logic test)
- individual interview
The minimum requisite for access to the recruitment session is a first level degree. The ideal participant is a person aged under 31, with a spirit of initiative, enthusiasm, an open mind, curiosity and above all strongly motivated to use learning as a strategic lever for their professional success.
Good knowledge of English and good computer skills will be considered an advantage.

The ISTUD Masters team is on call to answer any questions you might have about the opportunities afforded by our Masters Courses and what learning paths are best suited to your needs and potential. By contacting the ISTUD staff you can take advantage of our individual orientation sessions and selection interviews for the Masters Courses.
Our online selection process consists of:
Introduction to Fondazione ISTUD and its Masters Courses by one of our representatives.
Candidate’s motivational interview and English fluency assessment
Orientation and selection interviews are by appointment. You will need a Skype account and a webcam.
Documentation required
To take part in the recruitment sessions the candidates must send their curriculum vitae by e-mail to area_giovani@istud.it.
The candidates admitted to the recruitment session will be informed by telephone and must send by post or fax to the number +39 (0)323.933.805:
- the enrolment form
- curriculum vitae
- two passport photographs
- photocopy of an identity document
- degree certificate, showing the exams taken and the marks obtained
- any documents certifying the level of English (TOEFL, Cambridge Examinations, other)
- copy of the receipt of payment of 50 Euro on postal account 77794253 in the name of Fondazione ISTUD giving the name of the Master. This sum, una tantum, is a contribution to the cost of the recruitment process.
