Objectives and Target

The objective of the Master (accreditated ASFOR) is to form young Italian and foreign professionals, having specialist competencies and operational capabilities that can be utilised immediately, capable of successfully operating in a company, dealing with marketing, communication, product design and sales.

The Master is designed and organised by professionals in the fields of marketing, communication and design, who bring their international experience to the company, like Procter & Gamble, Barilla, Unilever and Young & Rubicam. It is suitable for university students and graduates from all faculties. The minimum requirement is a first level degree.

The Master aims to provide tools to develop vision, skills and strategies in marketing. The course includes: the basics of business: how to understand the market and positioning, how to develop the offer and engage customers. Particular attention is placed on the development of soft skills.

 

Organisation of the Master

  • Classroom teaching: 6 months full-time attendance in Stresa (near Milan), with lessons in Italian, corporate testimonies weekly and visits to major Italian and multinational companies with opportunities for discussion and conversation with managers and directors
  • A week’s In House project in national or international Institutions or Company
  • Project work: the participants, will have the task of carrying out projects proposed by partner companies to resolve the real needs of the company
  • Internship: minimum three months of internship in the field
  • Tutorship and Career Coaching
