The ILA Masters Course in Business Management is the ideal choice for all managers who want to grow and advance. It is a flexible training programme that can be accessed at any time during the year and, by virtue of its modular structure, requires a time commitment which is easily compatible with the attendee’s work schedule.
The ILA Masters Course covers a 2-year time frame and consists of ten modules of two to three days’ duration.
During the six modules of Year One the emphasis is placed on corporate business fundamentals, whereas the following four modules aim to enhance the participant’s functional competencies, which come into play on a day-to-day basis and are essential for differentiating from competitors.
A tutor will support participants for the whole duration of the course in order to help them define and orient their professional project and achieve practical and tangible results.
Group work, simulations, meetings, study tours and international exchanges are designed to promote interaction and open-mindedness.
