The Fondazione ISTUD accompanies and supports companies in the processes of organisational development, flanking and sustaining the client throughout the process, without ever taking over the decision-making or taking over during the crucial phases. ISTUD offers its expertise in the analysis and planning of structures and processes, in the elaboration and introduction of new management tools, in the organisation of surveys and research within the organisation, in the construction and guidance of work and project groups, in expert and process consultation.
An organisational development project must be a suitable solution in the cases in which the main objective is not to develop the competences, but to assist organisations and groups in facing critical experiences: processes of cultural and/or strategic change; changes in organisational structure; problems of specific cultural interest, which may affect the working atmosphere, personal motivation or satisfaction; problems of integration linked to the process of acquisition, merger, growth, turnover.
